Last Updated on Jan. 24, 2007 Shipping: Hinsdale TiVo Upgrades generally uses UPS for all shipments. Default shipping anywhere in the US is $5.95 per upgrade kit and is processed with UPS Ground. For an additional $19.95 fee, this can be upgraded to overnight (flat rate for anywhere in the 50 states where overnight service is available as a standard option). Orders submitted and completed by 3:30 PM Pacific Time on a business day generally ship the same day for fastest service. Returns: Any item Hinsdale TiVo Upgrades sells may be returned within 30 days for refund for any reason, unless otherwise noted. Returns must be complete and will be credited by the original means of payment less a 10% restocking fee. All shipping costs in either direction are non-refundable. Returns must be shipped with an RMA number issued by Hinsdale TiVo Upgrades - please request a number before returning a package or the package may be refused by our shipping and receiving personnel. |
